i have learned to LOVE public speaking! My motto “WIN” (What’s Important Now) was what carried me through most of my career, and i love to share how a positive mindset and an unrelenting commitment can produce! I have been choosen to speak at schools, colleges and professional organizations and would love to work with you!

CONFIDENCE COACHING

I love to work with athletes in my sport. I offer one on one confidence coaching where we focus on the mental approach to fencing and life! a lot of the succeses we experience in our athletic careers comes down to our mindset and how we handle setbacks. Work with me as we discuss some of the mental challenges i have faced on my road to becoming a 3x olympian, and lets tackle some of the obstacles you may be facing in your pursuit of greatness!
